"I had the good fortune of booking Barcelona Airport Taxis for my transfer from Prat Airport to the centre of Barcelona on September 6th. Now that I have returned home I want to say thank you for the very high standard of the service you provided. Our taxi driver was excellent and was courteous and looked after us very well. Since we had a very early start that morning to catch our flight from Cork, Ireland, we were tired and it was wonderful to have a driver who made sure that temperature in the car was just right so we were able to enjoy the transfer and relax. Q) Do I have to pre-pay online or can I pay the driver?
A) You can pay the driver in euros once you arrive.
Q) Will I be dropped off at my hotel or private villa?
A) For private transfers, all our services are door-to-door - and the driver will take you directly to the address you give when you make your booking.
Q) What luggage entitlement will I have?
A) Your luggage entitlement is 1 x large bag or suitcase per person, maximum combined size of 158cm (length + width + height) and hand luggage, such as handbags & small bags, unless you have specified certain additional items when making your booking.
Q) Will anyone else be travelling in the transfer vehicle I book?
A) All our transfers are private transfer bookings and you and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle.
Q) Why are you cheaper than so many other transfer companies?
A) You get better price when you book direct. Most transfer companies are just international agents who make bookings for transfer companies worldwide, often charging 50% more than a local airport transfer company, just to make your booking for you.
Q) I need a transfer within the next 24 hours. Can I book it online?
A) Yes, you can book a last minute transfer online, but if you want to be picked up within 24 hours of your booking time you must confirm with us by calling or sending an SMS text to +34 693 900 900, before or after filling in the online booking form.
Q) Does the transfer vehicle stop on the way?
A) No, all transfers are direct from door to door. Your Taxi/Minibus driver will only stop in case of emergency or in case you need to use roadside services.
